It has been a busy week in the hub this week
Update on Care Packages for Volunteers
Hand sanitiser, gloves and volunteer ID stickers will be available again for volunteers to collect from Wednesday 13th May from Forge Cottage, Hockley Lane, Ettington. The shop is now selling face coverings made by some of our volunteers and others in the community. Cost is minimum £1 charity donation. We will be able to secure a supply via the hub very soon with priority given to those already employed working directly with clients.
This Weeks Data
Number of registered volunteers – 40 (+2 -welcome Kate and Hannah)
Number of registered clients – 36 (+6 from last week)
Number of volunteers deployed to directly help clients – 13 (+3 from last week)
Number of volunteers deployed to other organisations – 7
Total number of volunteers deployed – 20
Number of prescriptions delivered this week – 12
Total number of prescriptions delivered – 44
Number of shopping deliveries this week from the Hub – 4
Number of Spar deliveries made by volunteers – unknown
Total number of shopping deliveries – 269 +Spar deliveries
(NB the apparent discrepancy in number of clients and number of volunteers deployed is because many of our clients require prescriptions from Hastings House and we have had to nominate one person to collect all those prescriptions on a weekly basis so one person delivers to multiple people).
Local organisations we are now partnered with, this enables us to receive and give referrals easily to ensure people have the right support and quickly.

The school has kindly offered to print and cover the costs of the new leaflet printing (thank you Lorraine). We currently aim to deliver the next round of leaflets to every home this coming weekend.
Thanks for everything
